I am currently 170 5'9, with about 20% BF.

Anyone knowledgeable with vegan meal plans pls let share info with me i will be very appreciative, just want to live a healthier life style away from meat.

With the goal of losing weight you should know you need to maintain a calorie deficit. The types of food you eat don't matter for body composition since it just depends on the macro breakdown (fat/carb/prot) of what you're eating. So even if you're a vegan you can still be eating more than you need and gain weight. What's your current diet look like?
