been getting really cold during the day basically getting chills and no amount of blankets can hear me up, and now I'm getting insanely hot and sweaty laying in bed even with no covers on at all. This morning I woke up and my quilt was soaked in sweat... Also had a headache by the back of my head area

Not sure if it's related but I took a caffeine pill yesterday morning and I felt like shit the entire day. Sweats and chills since then . It had 200mg caffeine.

I googled it and it seems like I had way too much caffeine and my body wasn't used to that much

Sounds more like you're just having a flu or something with fever that comes and goes. That much caffeine is found in around 3-4 cups of coffee iirc, so it shouldn't be that.



Weird symptoms for a caffeine overdose, cause it also lasted for long, one serving of caffeine (50-60mg iirc?) affects the body for about 2 hours. For how long did you have the symptoms?
