i was wondering how much weight you can lose in around a year
im 285 lbs
i know lots of thing can change
heard you're supose to lose around 1 lbs per week?

goal is 210 atm

how tall are u?

and do u already exercise frequently?

if u add a bit of exercise and cut back on portions, even eating the same shit uve been eating, that should be a good enough start to see weight loss

im almost 6.1

will be 3-4 time a week
I work at sobeys warehouse so im moving all day too

I adopted IF 3 weeks ago I'm HUNGRY at night but I lost 15lbs already and it'll be 20 by the end of next week (fattest I got after male sympathy preg syndrome lol was 268...)
Shit is goat don't eat after 8PM (and try to make it til noon before breakfast but it'll still come off if you stop eating meals at night.)

The best way is to lose weight is to maintain a caloric deficit (you can even count macros Protein Carbs Fat) and then you get to do math everytime you eat who does that shit anyway people with really great physiques or some shit

This in a nutshell.

Track your weight. Got a scale? Step on it first thing in the morning when you wake up and put it in a notebook. It's what I do right now when gaining weight.
