As some of you know, I was inquiring recently about running post-partial menisectomy, and decided to start in slowly with a Couch-to-5k program.

It took almost a week, but I finally decided to get out and start this. Week 1, Day 1 in the books. I haven't started tracking distance of my workouts, but I plan to do so in the near future.
For those who don't know the program, here is a link to a PDF that contains the details of the workout - http://www.southern7.org/uploads/1/8/3/8/1838087/couch-to-5k.pdf
On days when I'm not running, I plan to do basic body-weight exercises (pullup, pushup, squats, burpees).

I'll be getting a pic tomorrow to post for my "before" shot, and will not be taking any others until the end of the 9 weeks.

My supplementation will be as follows:

BJ's brand Men's Multivitamin
Store brand Glucosamine-Chondroitin - for joint/cartilage health
BodyFortress Glutamine - for aid in recovery
Creatine - for extra muscular endurance and lactic acid buffering
NOW whay protein - to fill in the gaps, as well as aid in recovery

Still working on getting the diet zeroed in. Time for a change, might as well make it happen!
