I'm only on whey protein atm

worth getting multivitamins? Or what else would you recommend? Tight budget~


I do full body workouts 6 days a week (which I just started about 2 months ago) which includes lifts.

costoc multi vitamin is like 14 bucks for 1 year supply, if u got membership

Get a multi. People gonna tell you "just eat diverse foods and veggies. Which is really difficult if you're on a strict diet etc. So just get a multi.

when u wake up

drink juice from apple+carrots +protein / also eat some fruits / then eggs 1 all egg+rest only the proteins + some meat

then take multivitamines its very good

drink protein + creatine later like 30-60 minuts go make train

then after train drink protein eat banana + some milk

middle eating patato + meat or that chinise food dont know the word + meat

then sleep 1 hour and eat till the end of the day

last meal vegetables+ fish like tuna sioumga etc

havent had whey and multi in 3 months, more gains than i ever had in my life
i suspect those whey shake were severely underdosed in protein

Seems like alot of sodium/potassium ?

this is actually the one i take now

although ive taken ON mens multi and idk think i felt better. prob not multi vitamin related though.

stopped takin ON multi mens cause expensive, so i kirkland now

i take it just because. i dont meet many micros. and its cheap.
