I do full body workouts 6 days a week (which I just started about 2 months ago) which includes lifts.
when u wake up
drink juice from apple+carrots +protein / also eat some fruits / then eggs 1 all egg+rest only the proteins + some meat
then take multivitamines its very good
drink protein + creatine later like 30-60 minuts go make train
then after train drink protein eat banana + some milk
middle eating patato + meat or that chinise food dont know the word + meat
then sleep 1 hour and eat till the end of the day
last meal vegetables+ fish like tuna sioumga etc
