I'm 17, around 9-10% body fat. I want to start bulking up to put on some more mass for the fall and winter months that come from now until early March, from March until the end of summer I'll be cutting. I need a clean bulk. What type of lifting should I be doing? I weigh 152 pounds and I'm curious as to how many calories I should eat, I think a 500 calorie surplus would be sound 27//2800 calories a day. what foods should I eat? How often should I hit abs and what about cardio?
Also curious at to what rep ranges I should work with. Should incorporate like 5x5's or stick to 8-12
