i dont casein. other peeps buy like different proteins for different times of day. like isolate during day and casein at night. protein is protein. if your worried about absorption rate. just take your protein + whatever meal at night before bed with alot of fat. whether i bulk or cut, i intake about 30-40 grams of fat before i knock the fuck out. mainly from coconut oil- 2 tablespoon

and from what I've read, they prefer casein because of the delayed absorption? If i take too much protein at one sitting, will the faster absorbed protein just be shit out? or what
