today's my meal prep day, heres what i'm making: sauteed sesame kale & garlic, roasted sweet potatoes, tofu fried rice with egg n' stuff in it. will prob chop the greens and mix with the rice. just buy fresh ingredients and cook them up. i spent $23 at the grocery store today and this will make a work week's worth of food easily with half the bag of brown rice left over.

with proper cooking technique you can make anything taste amazing, and with a little consumer knowledge you can shop to get the most out of your ingredients and your dollar. try it out, especially if you aren't sure about your cooking abilities, it's fun and rewarding, not to mention ladies love a dude who can cook
