Hey, guys. So the thing is, I've never been great in terms of endurance while running, and I feel having knee surgery a little over a year ago definitely didn't help matters any.

The question is, are there ways/tips to improve running form, and endurance? I'm starting to get a bit of a gut, and I want to get rid of that.
Running, along with some calisthenics (push-ups, burpees, etc.) are really the easiest ways I have to work out, as the closest gym is ~40mins away, and I really don't own any equipment besides a doorway pull-up bar and an ab wheel.

I know diet has a lot to do with fat burning, and that's something I'm working on. What I really need are tips to help improve my running. Any help is greatly appreciated, guys.

why running specifically?

buy a cheap bike, ride it. easiest way imo if u dont wanna go to gym for cardio equipment

or jump rope

or run outside, light jog if needed, but get good running shoes

damn, just asking why running to see if there was a reason such as weight loss cause maybe ur fat

so if so then id suggest other ways to loose weight in addition to running

knee surgery and running probably don't mix well. I've had to cut out running and switch to cycling/elliptical because its just too hard on my knees after a day of dirtbiking, gym, and cardio, but maybe that's something you could talk to your doctor about.

ease back into it, that's all there is to do
stretched a ligament 2 years ago, took a year or so before i could run more than 5km without horrible pain
