Sounds good but isn't so high that it would be easily disprovable, solid methodology.

one of them i heard say that you had to switch programs every month to ''see change'' and switching every 6 weeks-2 months would only allow you to maintain

u dont dump the full kitchen on a nooby when it comes to fitness
start by stop doing biceps curls if new...tire of skinny fat kids doing biceps all day
