Rich Meals With No Stove? - Topic

So I live in military barracks with no stoves available and I live a very active lifestyle. Another problem is that my hours don't sync with the hours that the galley is open. Would anyone be able to suggest meals that require no cooking?

I'm new to this forum, any links would be greatly appreciated.

Dairy products.
Peanutbutter/peanuts - good source of kcals/good fats. Avoid roasted & salted shit.

If you don't mind cold wraps, you can have some beef + beans wrapped up in your fridge.

or just go walk down aisles of food markets and pick stuff from their non frozen section

if u got a microwave then that opens ur options quite a bit, dont need a stove for alot of stuff

just prob wont be too fancy with the meals
