I'm just trying to prepare myself for Fall Semester..

On Tuesdays + Thursdays I have class from 9:45 in the morning to 6:45 at night with realistically no breaks (just time to get to other classes).

What would you guys suggest for hitting macros? A super big breakfast in the morning, then a big meal after class followed by another big meal around 9-9:30? Or open to anything.

Looking at around 2000-2200 CALs with 220-230g of protein

Whatever is most convenient before. Whenever you're short (under 1000 calories to go) you can easily make a big shake before bed, whole milk, protein powder, maltodextrin powder, olive oil, peanut butter, are all example things to use to put in your shake and hit your remaining macros.

Why can't u eat in class? Roast chicken boiled eggs, lay out s feast, throw down a tablecloth, light a few candles.

Also why so much protein? That's like 40% of ur kcals from protein

I'm going for 1-1.5g of protein per 1lb of body fat

2-3 big meals should be good. Eating a bigger amount is always for satisfying :)

Peanuts and other nuts you enjoy for mid class snacks to help your high protein intake. Or beef jerky..
