I would say im fairly active person,

I walk around 2 miles per day to and from work, I play 7 aside soccer on 1 night and boxing training on a Wednesday evening and go for a run on the Friday evening.

I don't currently have a diet in place, the reason being i am finding it hard to find foods that i can actually force myself to eat, I cant do mushrooms/tomatoes/any veg apart from carrots and the only fruit I'll enjoy is an apple.

is there any foods that I could incorporate into my diet that I may be overlooking that don't cost the earth to purchase?

my average day, nothing for breakfast - 4x bits of bread for sandwiches at lunch (usually a cheese and ham spread), pack of crisps...then a cooked meal at around 5-6pm so I wouldn't say i excessively eat

any help on which I could add, or what i could do would be amazing! look forward to your help guys!

It depends what your goals are. Assuming weight loss, here are a few ideas:

Cottage cheese
Only whole grains if you choose to eat bread/pasta
Hardboiled eggs
Chicken
Tuna
Salmon
Salads
Almonds

That's a start...

also eat vegetables/fruits even if u dont like them, just for the health benefits

can make juice/smoothies or whatever, but avoiding them completely is destructive for your health
