the hell is this detailed plan lol

all u need is pullups/pulldowns/shrugs

and go biking a few times a week

and throw in a few sets of side raises and 1x50 pushup

Replace legs with curls, fuck it deadlifts are pretty hard too, throw some sloppy form cheat curls in there, it'll still work ur back
