What are the best creatine brands? I was thinking if buying best creatine by BPI since it has good reviews. Do I take one scoop of creatine when I wake up then the other after my workout?

Micronized mono ma nigga, cheap and effective. No.loading phase just 5 grams a day post workout. No need cycle off either ma nigga

You take the creatine WHENEVER you want. Reason is, 5gr will stay in your system for 24 hours. Just take it around the same time daily.

Best brand is from creapure, it guarantees 99% pure creatine. Every other kind is mixed with stuff you don't want.

No loading phase, like 6inch said.

Also if you think it will magically make you stronger you should find something else. Based on your questions you have probably been working out very little. I honestly can't say I notice a difference on or off so I just don't bother using it.

It works wonders for me, in strength / endurance and having a bigger than ever pump after the workout.

I'm not questioning you if you believe its true that's all that matters. Have you actually tried going off it though? I feel a lot of people just buy it and start using it when they're weak and have low endurance anyway, so naturally it gives you great strength and endurance but its because you have just developed as an athlete/lifter/whatever

around 5-10lbs stronger on bigger lifts

I know what you mean.

When I ran out and was waiting for the next knock off from a website here, I was without creatine for 3 months. I could continue on the same pace, but I missed some fire for those last reps.

I bought again and experience a same kind of enhancement.
