only in about a 400 deficit but starving, constantly.. not sure how reliable a bmr calc is, but it says mine is about 1700
try to add a bunch of green beans, celery and onions to all my meals.
What do you guys do for satiety? Just more veggies?
I feel like I may not be eating enough but unless it's a day I lift or bike, I am really inactive--sitting in class, sitting and working, reading, etc.
I've been doing this:
breakfast:
2x scoop whey
Lunch:
1 sweet potato
6oz chicken breast
2 cups green beans
1 cup celery
1 cup onions
1 tablespoon olive oil drizzled over everything
snack:
2x hardboiled eggs
1 tablespoon peanut butter (I just scoop it out and eat it off the spoon)
dinner:
same as lunch
snack:
medium/large Apple
