hi, for the past two months i've been shitting nothing but coco puffs. everything seems forced, and i feel constipated. at one point, i thought it was due to my Vitamin D3 supplementation so i stopped after taking it for less than a week. couple of days later, i have the same problem but then my second trip to the restroom that day resembled something normal for the first time. i thought i would return back to normal but i continued having trouble going to the restroom. i've had about two "normal" shit (even though they still look dry) in the last two months but on all other days, my bowel movement is pebble-like. my diet is decent; i get plenty of water, veggies, and fiber so i don't know what could be wrong. i do have a lower back problem which i suspected to be some kind of disc hernia but my doctor took an x-ray and told me everything was fine. he noted if i have a herniated disc, i would feel a sharp pain. i still want to get an MRI done in the future. i really don't know wtf is wrong with me. i wake up every night to pee and my piss is always light yellowish in color throughout the day. my mouth feels really dry when i wake up though.

note that i do go to the restroom daily but i can never get a clean shit and it feels miserable.

my diet consists of:

one avocado almost daily (that's already at least 8 grams of fiber)
one cup of oatmeal (another 8 grams of fiber)
i started adding a small spoonful of freshly grounded flax seeds to my oatmeal too
at least two "servings" of fruits a day
veggies for dinner
1 gallon to 1.5 gallon of water

two servings of fruits are at least 6 grams
and 6 grams of fiber from veggies give or take...i'd say i'm getting enough fiber, no? ~28 grams..

whats wrong with your poo? you didnt say anything about pain or bleeding or diarrhea. do you want to achieve a specific shape and color dat aesthetics m9>?

no pain or blood. i just feel constipated and can feel the toxic waste inside my intestines but cannot get them out.

the poo is pebble like, which is a sign that you're dehydrated but i drink at least 1 gallon of water a day for a 165 lb guy, go to pee in the middle of the night, so i don't think that's the case. i don't think pooing like this for an extended period of time is normal or healthy.

i want to achieve normal bowel movement again that comes out easily in one take and does not look like i'm shitting stones. i miss the days where my shit looks like a giant sausage and come out without having to strain to get something out.

today foods with fiber i ate special k cereal with lactose-free milk, one avocado, half oz of almonds, one apple, one banana and drank plenty of water..still don't have the urge to go to the restroom yet..i tried sitting on the toilet twice and nothing. i feel sluggish most of the day and i feel like there's something in my stomach but every time i try going, i come out empty handed.

are you lactose intolerant? try a few tbsp of cow's milk
