what exactly do these do to your body? if you do 10/20 a day in addition to a regular workout routine will it produce noticeable results?

started with 8/8/8 pushup + 10/30/30 set up (different kinds) + few jogging and other exercices each 2 days and had interesting results in several months.

careful with push ups, i aggravated a wound to the back cause i didn't wait enough before comeback to training after accident

let me rephrase, is there any added benefit to doing these regularly or is it better to spend time doing other exercises at the gym?

Push up to failure superset any heavy bench press for an additional volume training.

Only benefit is to be able to do more pushups or situps. You will see much better results doing lifting exercises targeting specific muscle groups.

Overall situps aren't very good for you anyways.
