how do you cut without losing muscle/strength

i tried to cut but i think i fucked up. My bench press max is as much as my squat

eat a bit below maintenance to cut weight slowly. yet u still will prob loose some strength

eat clean meals every few hours, lower the carbs

Eat clean foods, tons of yoga, hypertrophy training, cardio, and drop your calorie intake over a period of time.

What I would suggest is completely drop all your weight then rebuild the muscle but that's me

Eat ~200 calories below maintenance
