What's it feel like to pinch your belly fat? Can u barely pinch the skin? I'm at ~10%ish and I can still get a full pinch everyone saying it's just skin but they all dumbfucks obv I'm a fatty @ 10%

It feels paper thin and super tight, no fullness feeling at all, like pinching the skin on the back of your hand really

I'm around 8.1 I can pinch a little, it's not super tight like a girls 8% definitely can't grab a bunch of it though!

Well considering 8% is stage ready for bodybuilding girls id imagine not.

I don't know %'s for body builders, that seems about right though. Women lean out so much better than men.
( never got into the whole body building thing to each his own )
