so my bike tires are somewhat deflated but nto popped. i'll empty the tire completely and still be able to put air into it. but it seems im not able to fully put air into it for some reason.

WHY IS DIS!?!?!

this isn't really that relevant to this subforum but maybe some of you bike and know =)
