The plan was to bulk slowly up to 175-180 with a hypertrophy routine. It's been going pretty well, but I'm back to shitting blood and losing weight. I was 163 and in the past week I have dropped to 156.

Should I just switch to cutting and a strength routine? I imagine I'm going to lose another 5-10 pounds before I can get it back under control.

What supplements do you take and how does your daily food intake differ as to when you're not bulking?

To all you bros, I have crohns/ulcerative colitis. I'm not looking for diet help or anything of the sort. I know exactly what is going on. I'm just asking what is the best thing to do with my situation.

So are you not eating enough putting you in a deficit? Sorry I am ignorant on crohns.

If you are in a deficit, I would adjust accordingly to the post, if you are still in a surplus but losing weight due to shitting your insides out stick to what you've been doing.

Of course take my opinion with a grain of salt as I don't fully understand your situation.

Does drinking protein shakes etc make you shit blood? Maybe add more calories via drinks?

I haven't touched whey protein in about two years. I used to drink them and they would destroy me. I actually have about 9 pounds of ON whey just sitting in my room haha.
