When I take a look at everyone else in the gym, they perform 4 different bicep exercises on the same day, and i'm pretty sure they repeat that 2x per week.
Some of them have a nice physique no doubt. I've never been given a workout plan by a trainer, I've trusted internet.
Most of the workout i've looked into hits bicep once per week and 1 exercise only. Even some of them don't even do biceps.
So i'm wondering, doing 5/3/1 with the bodybuilder assistance, hitting bicep 4x12 and tricep 4x12 once per week, will I end up having arms someday with a proper diet or that is way too low volume?

Looking at Jim Wendler's work he also recomend like 100-200 chin ups per-week in superset with any bench/press work + 5 set of 10-20 of dumbbell row like twice a week. You might need less direct bicep work than the everyday gym bro.
I think everyone is different. I used to not hit arms directly because other lifts work them but I was complaining that my arms were not growing like how I'd like them too. After a few months of that I decided to start isolating bis/tris. I usually do 3x10-12 for both bis and tris with 2 different exercises.. so 6 sets total for both bis and tris
I guess some people dont need to hit them as often as others?
