I was watching a video about Kai Green on his leg day. I know he's a seasoned bodybuilding vet but why does he do squats last? He slays his hamstrings/quads/calves and finally does squats last. Everything I've ever read says to do your main lift first and then accessories not the other way around

engage more glutes and compensate less with the other muscles? idk just a guess

He probably wants to put his focus on other areas because they are lacking
