My name is AJ and I am pretty fair skinned/pink.
My gym recently renovated/expanded and added like 6 free tanning beds to it.
I am curious to try them and was wondering the best method to. Keep in mind this isn't something I'm going to chronically use, just a couple times to see if it actually could help start developing a tan. When I'm out in the sun, I don't get tan, I just burn or put on enough sunscreen to have no effect.
I understand I should start with just a couple minutes. But I am curious about things like getting a spray tan before tanning, and I've heard tanning at the end of your workout is best because your blood is flowing and there's some broscience behind how that is better.
Just curious on your guys thoughts.
I understand tanning beds = the cancer devil, and I should just get sun, but sun doesn't really help me with my complexion and I just want to try it a couple times to see what it'll do and I'm wondering the best way to maximize the results.
