Trying to CUT WEIGHT AND GET FASTER / STRONGER / RIPPED

I currently weight 190 lbs 16 years old and haven't been in the weight room for about 3 months. I lifted hard for like 6 months straight and benched around 235 as a max and squatted 345 deadlift and I cleaned 210.

I just spent 185$ from Bodybuilding.com to get in shape again since I have never took supplements I thought it would be a good idea.

These are the supplements I am currently/will be taking.

Pre Workout : http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/pro-supps/mr-hyde.html?searchterm=mr%20hyde

Post Workout : http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bpi-sports/best-bcaa.html?searchterm=bpi

Protein Powders : http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/jym/pro-jym.html?searchterm=Jym / http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/musclepharm/combat.html

Fat Burner / Energy Pill : http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bodybuilding-supplements/green-tea-extract.html?searchterm=green%20tea%20extract

I was curious if I am supposed to take the proteins before / during / after workout, the same thing with the BCAA's, I've heard multiple people say they take them during their lifts but I dont know if the muscles would rather have it after workouts?

How many protein shakes should I take a day and how many scoops a day if I am trying to lose weight and look ripped or decently better?

Could I get ripped in under 90 days if I worked out 5 times a week and was on a 1000 calorie diet? Would I need to lower the calorie intake? The protein is 140 calories a scoop.

I was also curious on trying the Jim Stoppani Shortcut to Shred Plan : http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jim-stoppani-six-week-shortcut-to-shred.html?searchterm=shortcut%20to%20shred

you need to figure out your BMR, google bmr calc
that will help you figure out how much to eat every day to reach your goals. break it up into 1-2lbs per week ideally. 1000 cal/day is suicide fyi
the type of program to be on is debatable, but you will get results as long as you put in the time and energy.
some programs to consider: push/pull/leg, 5x5 stronglifts/starting strength/rippetoes, 5/3/1

1000 cals a day is less than what a 6 years old should get...

It would come with super low energy, low T, no recovery capacity, loss of muscle...

There is no need for such a drastic cut.

Don't be too focused on supplements, figure out your BMR and review your diet first!

I realized after I read up on Jim Stoppanis workout plan to do the macronutrients idea.

1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight
.5 grams of fat per pound of body weight
1.5 grams of carbs per pound of body weight

Does this seem a little too much on the grams for carbs / proteins?

Should I reduce it to 1 gram per pound if I'm trying to cut weight?

I mean for bulking it seems like a fine easy way to do it
for a 200 lbs individual that would mean 3300 calories

Wouldn't make sense to do that while cutting

Lay off the supplements next time and spend your money on quality foods

Instead of protein powder

Buy Egg white pasteurized cartons at local grocery better absorbed than whey - you can drink it straight from the carton or add it to smoothies

buy caffeine pills from local pharmacy

want a boost? buy ephedrine at the pharmacy counter, bring your ID

Post workout eat some fast digesting carbs (pineapple, bananas, cereal, rice) with a portion of protein

SUPPLEMENTS
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Lots of sodium (egg whites help here)
Lots of potassium (egg whites help here)

chest (3-4x different exercises) 3x8-12 reps

hey man before you go and spend tons of money on supplements you're better off researching proper cutting/bulking methods as well as learning about nutrition and macros, you'll get much much farther than if you spend money on supplements (especially a fat burner? come on dude)

these might be a good place to start! good luck man.

there is no significant benefit to eating 1.5g of protein per lb than it is to eat 1g per lb, also 1000 calories a day is a stupidly low amount of calories.
don't look at promises of "get ripped in 6 weeks" "six week short cuts" as it takes a long fuckin time if you want to not look like a bag of shit, good luck on your journey

Only supplements I've taken were protein shake and that was for ~4weeks (I did see a lot of improvement but that was during my peak motivation to be as healthy as possible).

I've been able to make significant cuts in short time for weigh-ins and its mainly from pure diet and calorie deficit. Don't take any weight loss pills, they will do a lot of harm to your body; such as bypassing necessary cellular processes which may result in death.

I don't have a lot of experience with protein supplements but they're not very harmful to your body as weight loss pills are.
