I stopped training for a couple months after an accident, so i found myself with an extra 10 lbs
. Now fully recovered and determined to get in shape.
This topic is to track my own progress.
Today i made 38 Km bike and i am at 225 lbs.

Yeah i just started back at it again yesterday.. didnt get a injury just lost my license and moved to a diff town for work so couldnt get to a gym.. but now i got my half ass home gym set up. sore as fuck haha. didnt lose much strength after a month and a half. havent weighd myself yet so idk if ive gained or lost.

44 km on june 25, that was too much. taking a break today
replaced soft drinks for mineral water since 2 months and replaced 2% milk by 1% since one week.

30 km again today but with kid + equipment in trailer (about 70lbs) took same time as 44 km with no trailer
