been taking NOW Adam for the last 4 months, but lifting more now and my elbows are starting to get sore again. I remember 2010ish I had the same problem and swapped my multi w/ orange triad and it was better.

Looked on amazon, now showing a white pill, any other changes?

Dont do chit. Switched to kirkland brand. 9 dollar for 5 month of vitamins
