.5lb/week bw increase doing this

If I'm going up 5lbs every time I hit 3 or 1x5 then what deload scheme should I use if failure more than x times??
Periodization just for the compounds, and should I sub rows for pendlays or cleans if my goal is 1klbs total?
Current lifts
205x5 squats (finally squatting again after almost a year!)
175x5 bench stuck here for fucking ever zzzzz
320x5 deadlift
165x5 strict bors
115x5 ohp would like to get bw ohp and 1klb total by the end of the year, current bw 157
