What exeercises or activity has helped you?

Breathing and squeezing all air out and then just let breath - Experimentations with squeezing muscles at both or either end of the breath

Stretching, yoga and exercising with right pace and pushing the limits with calmness has really helped
Also ketamine and nitrous oxide

helps to contract diaphragm during inspiration

People still do Special K? God. Its been a long ass time.. 16 years actually, since I've heard a sentence like that.

Is K cool or what? I've done every hallucinogen, nobody in my area talks about ketamine or GHB.

Really great for relaxation and meditation
GHB is like a bit psychedelic version of alcohol without the bodyload (depending on beverage)

nice, but isn't ketamine a disassociative? Breakthroughs on DMT are completely out of this world, nothing like psilocybin or lsd imo. Is the "k-hole" comparable to anything or in a world of it's own

ya K is pretty popular these days, one fat bump of good kizzle and ur goin straight to cat town meow (luckily i havent done drugs in almost a year)
