How much am i supposed to be eating? this shit is so fucking good. ive had 8 slices today 4 slices with a few bits of bananas on top. is this detrimental or is it still allright? i know a lot of it depends on how much you use that energy and bla bla. but if anyone could let me know that would be great cheers

try almond + peanut butter, great combo. i also brush some honey onto my bread
