When I squat, one of my arms look like they are forward than the other. I think my shoulders are uneven.

Its never gonna be 100% even. Just keep what you're doing.

I broke my right collarbone so my right arm hangs slightly lower tha. The left, my right shoulder is visually much smaller but my right lat is visually much bigger :'(

I have different should mobility on each shoulder due to rugby injuries over the years, when I squat the bar is sometimes skewed as fuk

no idea what your specific problem is as i havent seen it but there are many things you can do in 'postural imbalance' situations
speak to a friend who knows how to lift + can observe/personal trainer who knows whats up/ physiotherapist / use a mirror, lower the weight and try to correct form (if you know what you're doing -- i actually saw a good vid about this online)
