i took like 5 days off cause sick. but feeling bit better so i worked out for two days, and now i feel a bit worse again...
stay hydrated
do a few exercises, nothing strenuous to get the blood flowing a bit
hit the sauna ( stay hydrated ), take a shower immediately after
stay hydrated
sweating certainly helps getting rid of toxins.
i tend to feel a lot better after working out when being sick
