Excuse me turty but iirc tuna very high in fat like current lightman

A better choice would be jerky

The only things i "snack" on if I don't have time to cook are

Peanut butter + strawberry jam sandwiches
Protein shake + banana + vanilla bean yoghurt
Dates + raw almonds
Granola bars ( 😖 )
2 cans of tuna + microwave brown rice

Prefer to cook 8-10 meals every other day and be prepared.

/edit I don't count macros so have no idea how much would be in each etc

On that yolo swag crew that doesn't care about macros really. Only goals for me are to hit 100 grams of protein a day and to hit my caloric goal.
