Hello guys,
I am a 18 year old boy from then Netherlands. I weigh about 70 KG (154LBS) and i am about 5'8
I am looking for a workout at home (only have dumbells)
My goal is to burn fat and gain muscle ( Only have a little fat)
I was hoping for something like 3-4 a week home workout for my muscles and 2-3 times jogging a week.

Also another question i used to lift weights at home (nothing serious) but i can remember i never had muscle soreness the next day and i only felt it for like 15 minutes after lifting) does this mean it was to light?

Ty alot!

I'm on mobile right now so I can't link it but if you look up on YouTube MichaelKoriFitness, or something like that, the guy has a few videos on some home workout stuff.

But ScoobysWorkshop.com has a lot of homework routines so I would check that out first.

And no muscle soreness doesn't always mean it was too light. You shouldn't judge how much weight you use by how sore you get, but by how difficult it is to lift during the workout.
