I just generally eat when I'm hungry and sometimes wait until pangs happen. I don't have a regular bowel schedule but by no means is it unhealthy. I was wondering if IF changes your routine for bowels.

Who wants to share their experiences?

somewhat, but your poop is always variable... protein/fat/fiber content always vary in each different meal... then other things like alcohol, hydration and such affect it too... so if the change is too drastic(say you dont eat for a day) then maybe your poop will be smaller or not at all)
some people also dont have a consistent schedule to begin with

mine is pretty consistent but yes changing your eating schedule is likely to have an impact on your poop routine. if it doesnt, nbd. if it does, probably nbd. drastic or unexplained changes are problematic but by shifting all of your caloric intake into one prolonged sitting you might expect your bowel movements to occur more close together
