I haven't pumped since like grade 11 of high school
I'm nearly 24 now
Going to be buying a gym membership next month I believe
Looking for a basic workout plan (weekly) that I can follow
I forget which muscle groups I should work out on which days, but I remember my old plan being something like this:
One day was biceps/shoulders/back
One day was triceps/chest
One day was legs/core
With breaks in between and cardio throughout (beginning and end of workout, and on days off)
That isn't exactly what it was, it's just what muscle groups I kind of remember working out with one another
I'm not sure how many days I should work out, how many days I should take off, which days i should work out what, etc etc
I'm 6 foot, 175 pounds, and looking to pack on some muscle / get toned / get healthier
Any help / advice would be much appreciated
