This will be useful to keep track of my progress on this journey to cut down some fat before doing a nice clean bulk.
I think I have a solid 18-19% bodyfat, my goal would be atleast 10% bf before bulking. Once I achieve my goal, I'll bulk till 13% then cut back to 10%. (rinse repeat)

My morning weight this sunday was 171 lbs
2 pictures of me 1 day before starting IF. 7/6/2015

And here's a pic of me on 6/5/2015 (was trying to cut on a lowcarb diet)

For my macros, I plan on changing them every 2 week or so;

workout days: 2357
prots: 268
carbs: 234
fat : 40

rest day : 1512
prots: 222
carbs: 75
fat : 64

So far I find it hard to hit my protein macro even with protein powder, I'll try to slide in my diet a little bit more meat.
I'll post pic every week.

wtf is with the 268g of protein a day, no shit you'll have trouble getting that much

enjoy constant diarrhea

also your objective to get yoyo with your weight, might as well do something more durable like a slow steady bulk

There's actually a huge bit about nutrient partitioning and BF %, so what he's doing actually wouldn't be bad if he did it properly (the 10% - 13% then cut and repeat), though I would make it a bit wider of a range.

Read up on some Lyle McDonald, you'll understand.

I'm 255lbs and eat the same amount of proteins. No need to go that high, i'd prefer more carbs.

also ur body uses the nutrients more efficiently right? due to ummm stuff... :D

so if OP was at 255 lbs even then it would still be too much
