I work out but I never see a change in my forearms.
My arms get huge though. What am I doing wrong?

I just did 5 sets 3 sets by 8 and last 2 sets by 12 with 2x25 dumbbells. Should be OK to start getting decent forearms and be up to 50lbs in july. Totally felt the burn. Should I do more or nah? Is fail good with this muscle?

Well I did more sets. . Of 10 idk I should stop I don't want to overwork them .I tried to do a curl and I couldn't already did over 100 reps..I just want to be stronkk like jsp.

straight wrist curls
reverse wrist curls
side DB wrist curls
reverse EZ-bar curls
cable wrist curls
Seated hammer curls

2-3x a week
