e/ 1rm can be done whether youre on hyp or str routine, just do the highest u can once, everybody is on equal grounds there
obv if focusing on str will be stronger than person doing on hyp if at same level of lifting

I'm asking what people find impressive in terms of weight for hypertrophy. If you go to the gym and see someone pounding out reps, what weight would impress?
