People are always talking about their big 3 numbers and their 1rm, but what are some good numbers for hypertrophy?

e/ 1rm can be done whether youre on hyp or str routine, just do the highest u can once, everybody is on equal grounds there

obv if focusing on str will be stronger than person doing on hyp if at same level of lifting

I'm asking what people find impressive in terms of weight for hypertrophy. If you go to the gym and see someone pounding out reps, what weight would impress?

if you're doing hypertrophy, they're measuring bicep size, not the weights.

estimate their 1rm

compare with your penis size in inches*25

highest=more alpha

If you can rep xx amount of weight for xx reps, your 1rm max should be xx. There's a chart that shows the numbers you should hit. On my phone not gonna google it. Impressive is subjective in reality.
