I know it won't be totally accurate (I believe these rate bf% lower than you actually are) but is it consistent? will it show gradual decrease of bf% on a cut/increase on a bulk? it's only $15 more than the non bf scale one and I think I qualify for free shipping because over $35 on this one.

tl;dr will it show consistent (even though not accurate) bf +/- weighing in every morning after poop/pee

Use a mirror. If you like the way you look than your set. If you don't change what you're doing. It's not rocket science. You're not a bodybuilder, you're not a power lifter that has to meet a weight class you're an average gym goer.
