one place only ships europe, another just AUS, another has $45 s/h

fuuuuck, last time I tried to grind up my instant/rolled oats they all just sunk to the bottom and became chewy and disgusting, it just kinda tasted like dirty water (any tips for taste, looking to drink 4-5 of these a day)

what's my best bet for grinding these up very very very fine? my blender won't do it fine enough, and I don't have a food processor atm, idk what grinds up oats best tbh.

I can't have steel cut oats, they have wheat :'( also those don't grind up as well as normal oats (I think, from back when I use to grind em up) and I don't think I can order instantized irish oats in Canada
