Hey there, quick rundown

Use to only eat about 2200 calories a day if that.
Im now demolishing 4000-5000+ calories a day. Probably about 500-800+ of that comes from snacks.
I realize my metabolism is changing which I like.

I NEVER FEEL FULL after eating << big deal?

This is what my meals look like, currently I do landscaping full time while going to school when I go home so I have plenty of time to eat at work.


Breakfast : 6 eggs, 2 pieces whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter.
Lunch : ( eaten through out the day, pieces here and there from about 9am-2pm ) 2 tuna sandwiches, 2 pb&j sandwiches, 2 apples, 2 bananas, 3 donuts, handfull of chips, a few nature valley bars, a swiss roll.
After I get home : A cup and a half to 2 cups of large flake oats w/ maple syrup and brown sugar.
Maybe a snack or two before dinner
Dinner : Its either 2 pork or beef burgers w/ a cup and a half of white or brown rice and a baked potatoe or substitute the burgers w/ 4-5 chicken thighs... When its not that its usually about 4/5s of a box of spaghetti ( about 1250 calories worth before sauce )
Then i'll finish off the night with about a half of package of pudding
I drink about a gallon - a gallon a half of water a day.
Can also add in one can of soda to this..


I feel good, im 5'10 about 145 right now. Im just a bit worried about eating all this. I wont be 145 for long haha. I'm pretty active 5-6 days a week, I stopped working out due to a pectoral tear but I think I am going to start doing legs and core till I fully heal.

Ideally i'd like to be at 155-160 looking cut and lean. Thats how I usually look, but mainly like I said im worried about ingesting all these calories and having this big of an appetite. What foods can help me feel full and satisfy my appetite? Dont make me cut my snacks, just point me to better alternatives?

Any advice / insight is appreciated!

t3-t4 levels might be elevated, idk sounds like hyperthyroidism

are you tired? do you sleep a lot? are you gaining any weight?

if the answer to those is no, might want to get it checked out with a blood test

Never tired, I don't sleep any more or less then normal and I am gaining weight. I've been eating like this for about a month and a half + and drinking over a gallon of water for the same amount of time. I think alot of the weight I gained is mostly water weight, I was pretty malnourished for a bit but I did gain about 10+ pounds in 2 months.

e/ Just looked at all the symptoms I don't even have one. I dont think its a medical condition tbh. I am just astounded by how my appetite changed. I went from being not very active to extremely actively, I know thats the cause most likely. I just can't ever eat food and feel full... Like I use to be able to eat food and have this sense of if I take another bite ima puke... I can just keep eating.. Its fucking weird. The only reason I stop eating is cause I know i've had more then enough and theres not much food left or its gone :S

Lifting a snowplow. I think its a type 1 tear or maybe 2 but it's never fully healed. When I think it has, it'll come back about a week later. Surprisingly lifting stuff doesn't seem to bother it so much, what really bothers me is twisting my neck or body to the right side.. ( its my left pec ) . It seems like it stretches it and thats when I feel pain or when I have my elbow extended out and I turn my body.

Sounds like you have a bad relationship to food when you say you never feel "full" the "full" is not supposed to be felt the way you want it to, its supposed to be like "ok im not hungry anymore and i ate what i needed for this meal" and NOT like "fuck im so full, i feel like puking" your not supposed to be walking around so full that you feel like puking or anything close to that, i do not see how that is healthy in any way at all.

Youve never had a big meal once in your life and felt like you were gonna burst out the seams? All I was saying is that I havent felt full like that since this has happened.
