says .8g protein/lb of bodyweight (.82 was the amount suggested I believe?)

and then .35g of fat/lb of bodyweight

this = 725g of carbs 132 protein 58 fats

how the fk is that even possible!? + my wheat allergy, so I'm eating like 10 cups of fking brown rice and oats everyday!? >:(

e/ also how bad is say 300g of maltodextron/waxy maize per day? something about insulin spikes that I don't understand.

e/e/ this is also for under 4k cals/day, anyone know any easy to make, good high carb low protein/fat foods? like 500g of carbs? I also hate sweets... fk me...

I might have you confused with someone else. I was under the impression you were some skinny fat teen. 725g still seems a bit ludicrous to me unless endurance training but w/e, I'm just weird, I can maintain at about 200-250g.

i'm not sure on what the general parameters are for the recommended amount of fat to maintain proper hormone function.. but you probably need a bit more than 58g/day. And it'll make eating 4k easier on you if you aren't used to it.

Why is protein @ 132g? lol. Just go with 1.5g/lb.

I was at 4,950kcals/day for the last 3 weeks of my cut only gained 1lb over 3 weeks, I don't care too much about excess fat gain.

1.5 is excessive no? I trust balla/vormav and they both say .82/lb

That's like my pwo shake alone LOL I'm wanting some pretty aggressive weight gain, I just wanna hit 200lbs and have a decent cut after that, excess fat gain is nbd to me
