I was at 4,950kcals/day for the last 3 weeks of my cut only gained 1lb over 3 weeks, I don't care too much about excess fat gain.

i'm not sure on what the general parameters are for the recommended amount of fat to maintain proper hormone function.. but you probably need a bit more than 58g/day. And it'll make eating 4k easier on you if you aren't used to it.
Why is protein @ 132g? lol. Just go with 1.5g/lb.
1.5 is excessive no? I trust balla/vormav and they both say .82/lb
