nah not so much the hip. i havent been really stretching much ive been warming up doing over head squats and stuff...its my ankles that i need to work on. hips feel fine. i still have to use a thin board under my heels for depth. but he has some band work for ankle mobility which is why i wanna get them. i feel like the calf/ankle warmup i do isnt enough
