Heard a radio add for it at work earlier and at the end it said something along the lines of "judgement free gym". And i jus thought, how the fuck am i supposed to get that last rep in when i cant feel peoples eyes all over me judging and criticizing every move i make... sounds like a gain free gym to me...

theres an alarm that rings when there is a loud noise, aka grunting or dropping weights

it is real ive been inside there once, i asked where all the barbells were, they showed me a smith machine

LOL my roommate had the same problem. He said he just turned around and walked out mid-tour.
