sup guys, im 175 pounds 5'8, no idea what bf % is but I'm just trying to lose fat around my gut, most of body has a decent amount of muscle. This has always been my weak point, and I can't do cardio much lately because I got tendinitis in both of my knees, and I really want to cut fat.
Can someone lead me in the right direction to a good diet plan, to keep the strength/muscle but cut fat? Thanks
