I see a lot of pro bodybuilders and advanced bodybuilders on youtube just chatting in between sets
And then after talking for a little bit they do another set of an exercise
Do they just wait till their muscles have recovered in between sets?

They are counting down to the exact second in their head while chatting. You should do this too, for best results.

it really depends on what you're training for and what your goals are, kind of like every single other inquiry on this sf

I seg my jefit timer to 80 secs cuz usually takes 10 secs to grab phone after set and pick up weights again etc

prob cause they making a video...
but also they have extra supplements, special kinds, and time between sets matters quite a bit less then

Depends. normal sets 30 to 60 secs. 7 plates or above deadlifts 3-5 minuts. Or else its RIP heart.
