Hi guys, I am a 16 year old male weighing in at 192 lbs and standing 5'10". I am looking at the Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Shred plan and I was wondering if this would be a good bet for me.

Can I get a 6 pack from this in the 42 days if I went hard every day and did what was needed?

What supplements should I take with the plan with a budget of around 100$ a month?

Do I need a good meal plan? What's the best for me?

I rarely drink pop, every now and then I will have one but that's about it. What are the best habits to break if any were listed? I'm trying to get jacked.

I am pretty strong for my weight as well currently these are my lifts.

Bench - 190 rep 3x5
Squat - 235 rep 3x5
Clean - 155 rep 3x5
Deadlift - 225 rep 3x5

Eat well
No sugar
Work on ab exercises and over all cardio

success, depending on your bf% by following a proper scheme and not cheating you could have abs in 42 days
