I'm looking for that shark fin oblique look. I'm curious on what to hit with sets and rep range. I'm afraid of the wide waist line , I want that shredded look with lines. I know it's mostly BF %. Any advice)

That doesn't answer my question. At all.. I'm not talking about body fat I want to know the key to obliques. I hear going heavy and doing side bends just results in a wider waistline.

Hold weight (6lbs) in front of you with both hands, firm stance, move the weight from left to right, focus on core / oblique movement.

Side planks as well? Hanging oblique crunches , Russian twists , wood chops

just do oblique exercises, u wont get wide waist line quick at all. u know how long it takes to really notice large obliques? muscle doesnt grow too fast.

ull get wide waist from food
